At Offbeat, we believe Filipino food has more to say. Our kitchen takes the archipelago's most beloved flavors — the batchoy of Iloilo, the ginataan of the Visayas, the tablea of Cebu — and gives them a modern retro stage in the heart of Makati's Ayala Triangle Gardens.
